Data Controller and Processor

When you share personal data with us, either directly or indirectly, rest assured that we handle it responsibly. With a strong focus on client satisfaction, we prioritise the highest levels of confidentiality and security. Depending on the context, we may process data as both a controller and a processor.

When you directly provide personal data, such as through our website, we operate as a data controller for that information.

In the course of our business operations, we occasionally gather personal data from our corporate clients. For the purpose of this Privacy Policy, the term "Client" refers to the organisation utilising our systems.

If you find yourself in our Client's database that they've shared with us, it's possible that we hold your personal data within our system. In such cases, we recommend reviewing our Client's privacy policy to understand how they handle your personal data. If you have concerns about how your data is processed by us or our Client, please don't hesitate to contact us. If you're uncertain about which Client has collected your personal data, we're here to assist.

Should we receive your personal data as a processor on behalf of our Client, our usage of that data will be strictly in accordance with the contract to fulfil services for our Client.

It's important to note that this Privacy Policy holds significance for your legal rights and responsibilities. Please take the time to read it carefully. If you do not agree to its terms, kindly refrain from sharing your personal data with us. Similarly, if our provision of services to a Client gives us access to your data and you prefer to be removed from our systems, please inform us accordingly. Your privacy matters, and we're committed to respecting your choices.
